Paul is not just a lawyer... he is a human being who actually cares about his clients instead of just a pay check... he helped talk me through my emotional roller coaster of emotions after suffering serveral injuries in a MVA.... he knows exactly what he is doing and is very knowledgeable... even when I felt like giving up on everything he would take the time to talk me through things... even made trips to my home personally a couple of times as he knows that the hour + drive one way to their office is painful and hard on me... would recommend him to anyone... someone always gets back to you right away with an answer or help to a question... no matter how big or small Wonderful lawyer but mostly a wonderful person.

We were going to use D&D but after seeing all the press about them we decided to look elsewhere. One person off our health team referred us to Frank McNally. So after meeting him, Frank recognized the seriousness of the Injury and ordered more tests. We had 3 cases going on at the same time so we also got the opportunity to work with Sophia Dales. Both Frank and Sophia were awesome! We were glad they were on our team. Sophia displayed her knowledge of our cases by writing some excellent arguments/briefs. Anyway we are very happy to have gone with "the team" at McNally Gervan and we would highly recommend them to anyone who has been involved in a serious accident and needs someone like a "Karlsson or Wickenheiser" on "their team", to carry the puck and win their CPP Disability, Loss of Income and Long Term Disability cases. We did not know the healthcare or legal fields very well and Frank and Sophia and "their team" held our hand during the entire process and if we had any questions they would answer our voice and emails promptly. They are professionals.

With the assistance of Paul Auerbach I recently resolved my case against a disability insurance company. At the beginning of the process Paul provided me with estimates regarding time frame, cost, and expected compensation, all of which proved to be accurate. Sometimes it is hard to know whom to trust when you are in such a situation, and Paul proved that he could be counted on to look after my best interests. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone in a similar situation.
